actually everything was spotless, you're dope! the hotel was tidy and top class with free wi-fi. nicely furnished room, luxurious bathroom, adequate breakfast. helpful service too. a shopping street and a market were right next door. superb restaurant and main bar available.

Staff were cheery and the service was efficient, it had perfect location near the Thames. I had functional and bright deluxe double room. Loved easy check-in.

I appreciated to be in this place. It was amazing base for travelling to London, I was glad to stay there. Jam, pastries, fresh bread and cheese were fine and overall there was lots of food. Had complimentary drinks in the karaoke bar. Had no problem using their free parking, the internet was excellent.

Ideal base for a 2-night stay. Standard double room overlooks courtyard and includes an electric kettle, coffee and tea making equipment. Moreover, free Wi-Fi was provided. As picky eaters we really loved to be close to good choice of restaurants, went to Tunnel Meals couple of times, it was 10 mins walk away;)))

Churchill war rooms and many other tourist places were adjacent to the hotel. It's less than a 5-minute walk from charing cross subway station. No reason to complain, the staff was hospitable...
